1. Welcome
By using Harusi.ke ("the Platform"), operated by Harusi Kenya Ltd, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before creating an account.
2. Who can use Harusi.ke
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Kenyan law. Couples, vendors and guests each have specific responsibilities described below.
3. Couples
You are responsible for the accuracy of your wedding details, the guest list you upload, and the M-Pesa account you publish. You must have permission to contact every phone number you import.
4. Vendors
Vendors must list real, legally operating businesses in Kenya. Misrepresentation, fake reviews, or off-platform circumvention of leads may result in removal without refund.
5. Payments
Couples may collect M-Pesa contributions directly to their own Paybill or Till. Harusi.ke does not hold or process gift funds. Vendor subscription and platform fees are billed via the Platform.
6. Content
You retain ownership of photos, text and other content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on your wedding website, in vendor profiles and in our marketing where you have opted in.
7. Prohibited use
No spam, no hate speech, no fraudulent listings, no scraping. Detailed examples live in our Acceptable Use guidelines.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Nairobi.
