What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), wedding information you create, guest lists you upload, vendor profiles, and standard usage logs (IP, device, timestamps).
Why we collect it
To run your wedding website, deliver RSVPs, connect couples with vendors, and prevent fraud. We never sell your data.
Sharing
Vendor inquiries are shared with the vendor you contacted. Guest details remain visible only to you. Service providers (hosting, SMS, payments) process data on our behalf under written contracts.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@harusi.ke or use the in-app tools in Settings. You can lodge complaints with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
Retention
Wedding data is kept for 24 months after the event date, then archived. You can request deletion sooner.
Security
Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access, audited admin actions, and breach notification within 72 hours where the law requires.
Children
The Platform is not directed at children under 18.
Updates
We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect.
